Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing and Delivery Time
The order separation and processing time is 2 (two) to 4 (four) business days, from payment confirmation.

Orders placed until 12 pm follow the standard processing time; After this time, 1 (one) business day will be added.
After shipping, the average delivery time may vary from 6 (six) to 12 (twelve) business days.
Important: The time may vary due to external factors, such as strikes, customs restrictions or unforeseen events at the Post Office, meteorological factors and conflicting regions.

Address Correction
If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to make the correction. After this period, it will be your responsibility to track the order and, if necessary, pick up the package at the nearest Post Office branch.

Cancellations and Refunds
You can request cancellation of the order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, if the order has already been separated or shipped, it will not be possible to cancel. However, you have the right to refuse receipt, and the amount will be refunded after the package is returned to our distribution center.
